Sathya Sai Baba

Śri Sathya Sai Baba
Was an Indian Guru
Born as Sathyanarayana Raju; 23 November 1926 – 24 April 2011

He claimed to be the reincarnation of Sai Baba of Shirdi, who was also considered by his followers to be an avatar, spiritual saint and miracle worker, and who died in 1918.

Sathya Sai Baba is a highly revered spiritual leader and world teacher, whose life and message are inspiring millions of people throughout the world to turn God-ward and to lead more purposeful and moral lives.
His timeless and universal teachings, along with the manner in which he leads his own life, are attracting seekers of Truth from all the religions of the world. Yet, he is not seeking to start a new religion. Nor does he wish to direct followers to any particular religion.

As a child, he was described as "unusually intelligent" and charitable, though not necessarily academically inclined, as his interests were more of a spiritual nature. He was uncommonly talented in devotional music, dance and drama. He was said to be capable of materialising objects such as food and sweets out of thin air.
Sai Baba publicly declared his mission in 1940, at the age of 14. Since then, he has daily exhibited in practical and concrete terms the highest ideals of truth, right conduct, peace, love, and nonviolence. He has often stated, "My life is my message."

Sathya Sai Baba interacts with all people on a heart-to-heart basis. There are no intermediaries between himself and those who yearn for knowledge and experience of God. Every day for more than 50 years, Sathya Sai Baba has walked among and talked with the spiritual pilgrims who gather around him in increasing numbers. He offers solace and inspiration to all sincere seekers of truth.

"Do good
See good
and Be good
This the way to GOD
With Love ~ Sai Baba

"I have come to light the lamp of Love in your hearts, to see that it shines day by day with added luster. I have not come on behalf of any exclusive religion. I have not come on a mission of publicity for a sect or creed or cause, nor have I come to collect followers for a doctrine. I have no plan to attract disciples or devotees into my fold or any fold. I have come to tell you of this unitary faith, this spiritual principle, this path of Love, this virtue of Love, this duty of Love, this obligation of Love." ~ Sai Baba - 4 July 1968

" Jesus Christ underwent many hardships, and was put to the cross because of jealousy. Many around him could not bear the good work he did and the large number of followers he gathered. One of his disciples, Judas, betrayed him. In those days there was one Judas, but today there are thousands. Just as that Judas was tempted to betray Jesus, the Judases of today, too, are bought out to lie. Jealousy was the motive behind the allegations levelled at him."  ~ Sathya Sai Baba, The Times of India - 26 December 2000

Tooth: Organ Relationship Chart

Each Tooth is related to body parts by way of the meridians.
In this way, our teeth are interconnected with the rest of our body.

If a tooth is compromised by infection or contains a high galvanic current, an imbalanced condition will develop and the natural flow of energy is blocked. When this occurs, any organ system connected to the tooth’s meridian pathway can be affected in a negative way and eventually diminish your overall health and wellness.

The front teeth are connected to the kidneys.
The stomach is connected to the premolars.

This chart is designed to help discover which teeth lie on the same meridian with specific body parts and are, therefore, most directly connected.

EXCITOTOXINS - The Taste That Kills

Excitotoxins are food additives that can stimulate nerve cells in the brain to death.
The most common excitotoxins in the diet are MSG and aspartame. MSG, in particular, is present in almost all processed foods, but is often called by different names. It can even be in foods labelled 'No MSG'.

There are a growing number of clinicians and basic scientists who are convinced that a group of compounds called excitotoxins play a critical role in the development of several neurological disorders including migraines, seizures, infections, abnormal neural development, certain endocrine disorders, neuropsychiatric disorders, learning disorders in children, AIDS dementia, episodic violence, lyme borreliosis, hepatic encephalopathy, specific types of obesity, and especially the neurodegenerative diseases, such as ALS, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, Huntington's disease, and olivopontocerebellar degeneration.

What is an excitotoxin?
These are substances, usually acidic amino acids, that react with specialized receptors in the brain in such a way as to lead to destruction of certain types of neurons. Glutamate is one of the more commonly known excitotoxins, but over seventy have thus far been identified. MSG is the sodium salt of glutamate. Glutamate is a normal neurotransmitter in the brain. In fact, it is the most commonly used neurotransmitter by the brain. Defenders of MSG and aspartame use, usually say: How could a substance that is used normally by the brain cause harm? This is because, glutamate, as a neurotransmitter, exists in the extracellular fluid only in very, very small concentrations - no more than 8 to 12uM. When the concentration of this transmitter rises above this level, the neurons begin to fire abnormally. At higher concentrations, the cells undergo this specialized process of delayed cell death, excitotoxicity. That is, they are excited to death.
It should also be appreciated that the effects of excitotoxin food additives generally are not dramatic. Some individuals may be especially sensitive and develop severe symptoms and even sudden death from cardiac irritability; but, in most instances, the effects are subtle and develop over a long period of time. While the food additives, MSG and aspartame, are probably not direct causes of the neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer's dementia, Parkinson's disease, or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), they may well precipitate these disorders and certainly worsen their pathology as we shall see. It may be that many people with a propensity for developing one of these diseases would never develop a full blown disorder had it not been for their exposure to high levels of food borne excitotoxin additives. Some may have had a very mild form of the disease had it not been for the exposure. Likewise, food borne excitotoxins may be harmful to those suffering from strokes, head injury and HIV infection, and certainly should not be used in a hospital setting.

Your Life

Your life, as it is, is tailor-made for your next step -
Awakening to your true nature as the Supreme reality.
  ~ Mooji

Water is a chemical compound with the chemical formula H2O. A water molecule contains one oxygen and two hydrogen atoms connected bycovalent bonds. Water is a liquid at standard ambient temperature and pressure, but it often co-exists on Earth with its solid state, ice, and gaseousstate (water vapor or steam). Water also exists in a liquid crystal state near hydrophilic surfaces.

Safe drinking water is essential to humans and other lifeforms even though it provides no calories or organic nutrients.

The human body contains from 55% to 78% water, depending on body size. To function properly, the body requires between one and seven liters of water per dayto avoid dehydration; the precise amount depends on the level of activity, temperature, humidity, and other factors. Most of this is ingested through foods or beverages other than drinking straight water. It is not clear how much water intake is needed by healthy people, though most specialists agree that approximately 2 liters (6 to 7 glasses) of water daily is the minimum to maintain proper hydration. Medical literature favors a lower consumption, typically 1 liter of water for an average male, excluding extra requirements due to fluid loss from exercise or warm weather.

Specifically, pregnant and breastfeeding women need additional fluids to stay hydrated. The Institute of Medicine (U.S.) recommends that, on average, men consume 3.0 liters and women 2.2 liters; pregnant women should increase intake to 2.4 liters (10 cups) and breastfeeding women should get 3 liters (12 cups), since an especially large amount of fluid is lost during nursing. Also noted is that normally, about 20% of water intake comes from food, while the rest comes from drinking water and beverages (caffeinated included). Water is excreted from the body in multiple forms; through urine and feces, through sweating, and by exhalation of water vapor in the breath. With physical exertion and heat exposure, water loss will increase and daily fluid needs may increase as well. (Wikipédia)

One of the most important contributions to maintaining good health is drinking plenty of pure, chemical-free water.

Drinking Water Helps Maintain the Balance of Body Fluids. The functions of these bodily fluids include digestion, absorption, circulation, creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients, and maintenance of body temperature.

Water Can Help Control Calories. For years, dieters have been drinking lots of water as a weight loss strategy. While water doesn't have any magical effect on weight loss, substituting it for higher calorie beverages can certainly help.

Water Helps Energize Muscles. Cells that don't maintain their balance of fluids and electrolytes shrivel, which can result in muscle fatigue

Water Helps Keep Skin Looking Good. The skin contains plenty of water, and functions as a protective barrier to prevent excess fluid loss.

Water Helps Your Kidneys. Body fluids transport waste products in and out of cells. The main toxin in the body is blood urea nitrogen, a water-soluble waste that is able to pass through the kidneys to be excreted in the urine.

Water Helps Maintain Normal Bowel Function. Adequate hydration keeps things flowing along your gastrointestinal tract and prevents constipation.

Can You Feel It

Can you feel it?

All the colors of the world should be
Lovin' each other wholeheartedly
Yes, it's all right
Take my message to your brother
And tell him twice

Spread the word and try to teach the man
Who's hating his brother
When hate won't do, ooh
'Cause we're all the same, yes
The blood inside of me is inside of you

Every breath you take
Is someone's death in another place
(Another place, another place, another place)
Every healthy smile
Is hunger and strife to another child
(Another child, another child)

But the stars do shine
In promising salvation, is near this time
(Near this time)
Can you feel it now?
So brothers and sisters show me know how

All the children in the world should be
Loving each other wholeheartedly
Yes, it's all right
Take my message to your brother
And tell him twice

Take the news to the marching men
Who are killing their brothers
When death won't do, ooh
Yes, we're all the same
Yes, the blood inside of me is inside of you

Earth Song

What about sunrise
What about rain
What about all the things
That you said we were to gain.. .
What about killing fields
Is there a time
What about all the things
That you said was yours and mine...
Did you ever stop to notice
All the blood we've shed before
Did you ever stop to notice
The crying Earth the weeping shores?

What have we done to the world
Look what we've done
What about all the peace
That you pledge your only son...
What about flowering fields
Is there a time
What about all the dreams
That you said was yours and mine...
Did you ever stop to notice
All the children dead from war
Did you ever stop to notice
The crying Earth the weeping shores

If I Can Dream

Deep in my heart there's a tremblin question
Still I am sure that the answer gonna come somehow
Out there in the dark, there's a beckoning candle, yeah
And while I can think, while I can talk
While I can stand, while I can walk
While I can dream, please let my dream
Come true, ohhhhh, right now
Let it come true right now

You are the mirror of Health

Our skin is the largest organ of the body – it also happens to be the one we can see (unlike our other, smaller organs), so it stands to reason that by observing the skin, can tell us a lot about the condition of our body, health, and vitality.

We already know, and accept, that the skin tells us when we are dehydrated; when our hormones are unbalanced; when we have nutritional deficiencies; toxic or allergic reactions, and so on.

Analyzing and observing the skin and specific areas of the face, is an ancient form of diagnosis used by Eastern cultures.  Now the practice ‘face mapping’ (analyzing the zones of the face to diagnose health issues) is widely accepted in Western cultures.

Face mapping is a type of skin analysis that explains why and how certain areas of your face are connected to other parts of your body.

Bladder - Digestive System — If you breakout frequently in this area, it might mean that you need to improve your elimination by drinking more water and eating more "whole" foods.

Liver — This is the zone where food allergies also show up first, so take a look at your ingredients. Limit the amount of alcohol, dairy and heavy foods consumption.
Besides all this, do 30 minutes of light exercise every day and get adequate sleep so your liver can rest.

Kidneys — Dark circles are usually a result of dehydration. Make sure you’re keeping yourself hydrated with water and  steer clear of beverages that dehydrate you, such as soda, coffee and alcohol.

Heart — Check your blood pressure and Vitamin B levels and make sure you’re not using makeup that irritates your skin.
Decrease the intake of spicy or pungent food, cut down on meat and get more fresh air. Besides this, look into ways to lower cholesterol, like replacing “bad fats” with “good fats” such as Omegas 3 and 6 found in nuts, avocados, fish and flax seed.

Lungs -Respiratory system — Those who smoke or have allergies tend to have acne here. Given that blemishes usually appear in these areas mainly on smokers, it is recommended that they refrain from smoking.  Cut down on sugar and get more fresh air. Also keep the body more alkaline by avoiding foods that make the body acidic (meat, dairy, alcohol, caffeine, sugar) and adding more alkalizing foods like green veggies and wheatgrass juice.
Another thing that most of forget – dirty cell phones and pillow cases are two of the top acne culprits and this area is what they affect the most!

Stomach — Add more fiber to your diet to  help with digestion and consider undergoing a detox treatment.

Gynecological Problems - Hormones — The presence of acne in these areas is associated with stress and hormonal changes. Stress and hormonal changes can sometimes be alleviated with more water and a few extra servings of dark, leafy greens but if breakouts in this area persistent, make an appointment with your doctor to look into a possible hormonal imbalance.

Additionally, breakouts in this area also indicate when you are ovulating (and which side).

Neck - Illness —  The presence of skin problems in this area is associated with the body’s struggle to kill bacteria, in order to prevent an illness. Take a breather and drink plenty of fluids.
